Returns & Exchanges

At POR-15, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receiving the items.
